Family Boredom Buster Menu
Boredom is often the brain warming up for creativity, not a parenting emergency
Offer a choice from this menu instead of a screen by default. Build your list on a calm day; keep materials visible and reachable.

Rediscovery timeline: Many children show renewed interest in hands-on play within 1-2 weeks of consistent limits. Fuller engagement often builds over about 3-4 weeks; initial complaints are normal. Stay nearby early on; celebrate small wins; rotate materials so options stay fresh.
